Not a very good location, not safe to go out during the night, the hotel itself was decent though

Amazing hotel! Perfect location, short walk from the attractions of Centro. Friendly and attentive staff, especially the doormen who were always quick to assist us with our bags! Very clean and comfortable. The shower was our favourite!! Hot and perfect water pressure. Our first room was really loud and noisy because it was right by the staircase. The friendly receptionist happily moved us to a quieter room the next day when we asked. I would definitely stay here again!
Love it very clean,but its not in good area and bathrooms have no ventilation so it smell musty,but a + all staff very friendly
Well, sometimes they have administration issues. But resolve quickly, and the tourist packages and promotions are great.
